IHP Solutions GmbH is bringing the innovative technology of the Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP) to the industrial world. Established in 2015, we are offering all services along the value chain of an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for industrial and worldwide research customers: Starting from design development and IP sales to foundry services at IHP’s SiGe BiCMOS wafer fab and various packaging, measurement and testing services. This portfolio can be offered for prototyping phases through multi project wafer runs (MPW) as well as for low volume projects in series.
